In order to have the best possible viewing and listening experience for your event, we promise not to turn your event into a massive TV production. We use only professional microphones and cameras for your Livestream event, which are discreetly placed so as to blend in to your venue.
CAMERAS:
We use color, remote-control, auto-focus, 1080P PTZ cameras. We also use a Prosumer Panasonic AG-HMC150-P camera. Each camera is mounted on a tripod and discreetly placed so as not to interfere with the event. We also may use a Panasonic HiDef 1080P digital video camera. Depending on the venue, we may make use of multiple Hi-Res smartphones mounted on tripods or on a handheld gimbal. All of these cameras transmit wirelessly to our production trailer located outside nearby.
AUDIO (MICROPHONES & MIXER):
We have the audio covered! We provide a variety of handheld and lavalier wireless microphones (Shure, Sennheiser, Rode, Hollyland to name a few), as well as wired, shotgun microphones if needed.
INTERNET:
Because your event is so important, we leave nothing to chance when it comes to the internet. We do not use the local internet connection at the on-site venue. Before we quote our service, our technician will arrive on-site and confirm that our private internet connection will be strong enough at the event location. It usually is, however, we leave nothing to chance in order to insure that we can provide a successful livestream. In the rare instance where it is not possible to livestream due to poor internet speed, we will offer to record your event, which can be uploaded later.
CAN I GET A RECORDING OF MY EVENT?
Yes. At Legacy Livestreaming every event we livestream is recorded while simultaneously being uploaded to the internet. Your recorded event is available for multiple viewings afterwards and can also be downloaded at your discretion. We also provide you with a recording of the event (on a flash drive) for your personal archives.
HOW MUCH INTERACTIVITY IS POSSIBLE WITH REMOTE VIEWERS?
Most events will be livestreamed to an internet site (similar to YouTube). Like YouTube, the viewing site offers an optional, "comment" function. If you agree before the event, family and friends watching on-line will be able to type in their comments during the broadcast. People attending in person will see these comments when they watch the event later.
We can even include ZOOM calls with your livestream event. This will enable family and friends attending on ZOOM to be able to speak at the event in real time. Those watching the livestream (on the internet) will be able to see and hear everyone that is attending the event on Zoom.
If requested, Legacy Livestreaming will provide a large video monitor on-site. This allows full, two-way communication between family and friends - those attending over ZOOM will be seen by those who are attending in-person.
IF THERE IS NO ELECTRICITY AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE (i.e. OUTDOORS), CAN WE STILL LIVESTREAM MY EVENT?
Yes - because even if there is no electricity at your venue, we always bring our own generator for the equpiment we will be using.
If there is not a strong internet signal available at the location, while we will not be able to livestream anything, we will still record the event. This way you can upload the recording to the internet at a later date.
WHAT ABOUT COPYRIGHT LAWS REGARDING MUSIC I WANT PLAYED DURING MY LIVESTREAM EVENT?
FaceBook and YouTube will automatically cut off the livestream as soon as they detect any copyrighted music. For this reason we do NOT livestream to YouTube or Facebook. The site we livestream to does NOT have any copyright restriction issues.
We will be happy to discuss alternatives when we have our free consultation meeting.
At Legacy Livestreaming we understand how important your event is to you. That makes it equally important to us as well. We promise to work with you to ensure that we deliver quality and professionalism every step of the way. However, due to the wide scope of devices and internet connectivity situations that remote attendees could encounter, Legacy Livestreaming cannot be held responsible for technical issues caused by internet connectivity (onsite or remotely), or device error issues from people joining online. We pledge to do our best to resolve any issues that are under our control to the best of our ability.
